Due to the forecast for freezing rain a few hours before Sunday morning worship, followed by snow, we have decided to cancel our in-person service tomorrow morning. These conditions could make for very dangerous travel.

Another factor in this decision is that our congregation is spread out geographically. While some churches may still be holding services because many members live within walking distance, that is not the case for us.

We will still share an abbreviated service tomorrow at 9:00 a.m. on our YouTube and Facebook pages. The service will include the sermon, readings, prayer, and a few hymns.

Our Monday service at 6:30 p.m. is also a good option. As long as conditions improve, we do plan to hold the Monday evening service, which will include Holy Communion.

Our heavenly Father’s blessings and protection to all who do need to travel, and especially to our members who will be snowplowing tonight. Jesus’ blessings by his saving Word to you all!
