All are invited to attend the LWMS Winona Circuit Spring Rally on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church. The theme is “The Truth Will Set You Free” and there will be a presentation By Pastor Philip Henselin of the WELS Institutional Ministries Prison Chaplaincy Program.
